Your data in Measure.

Privacy policy · Updated September 20, 2026

What Measure stores

Measure stores your email address to sign you in, and the information you choose to enter: your profile, weight, measurements, body fat estimates, goals, routines, workouts, nutrition targets, water entries and notes. You can use the app without adding every type of information.

Account sync

Your account information and logged data are stored on your device and sent over an encrypted connection to Supabase, the service Measure uses for sign-in and cloud sync. This makes your history available when you sign in on another device. Progress photos are excluded from sync.

Apple Health

If you choose to import weight history, Measure asks for permission to read weight from Apple Health. Imported weights become part of your Measure history and sync to your account through Supabase. Measure does not write to Apple Health. You can stop future access in Apple Health’s settings; that does not remove weights already imported into Measure.

Progress photos

Progress photos are encrypted on this device and are not uploaded by Measure. Account files are excluded from automatic device backups. Export a backup with photos before switching phones or deleting the app. An export contains readable data and images; anyone you share it with can view them, and a cloud folder you choose may upload them.

How your information is used

Measure uses your information to show your history, calculate progress and training estimates, and sync your account. The app does not sell your information, use it for advertising, or include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Supabase processes account and sync information to operate the service and may retain operational and security logs.

Keeping and deleting data

Your history stays in your account until you remove it or delete your account. Individual deleted records may remain as sync markers so the deletion can reach your other devices. Delete account in Settings removes your account and its synced records from the active service, and removes local data on that device. Service backups and logs may expire separately. Copies you exported and data on other offline devices are not remotely erased. Signing out does not delete your local photos.

Your choices

You can export your history, delete your account in Settings, or contact support about access, corrections or deletion. Do not include photos or health details in a support email unless you want to share them. Changes to this policy will be reflected in its updated date.
